The room was large and very comfortable, but

the noise from other guests on our floor caused a disturbance one night. Thankfully, the staff was responsive and helped resolve the situation promptly. Overall, a great experience aside from that hiccup.

I was extremely frustrated with this hotel. The internet was a huge hassle. I had to log into a website, and it hardly ever worked. Their staff seemed moody, especially the older gentleman at the front desk, who was unhelpful and downright cranky. It felt like my entire family was subjected to a nightmare vacation because the facilities were run down and filthy.

I loved how I could grab a hot cup of coffee anytime and they were super quick to bring me extra towels and pillows! The pool was a nice spot to unwind after shopping, and the room was large and comfy with a stylish decor. Just a heads up, the shower pressure wasn’t adjustable, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! ☕

We stayed for 5 nights and were pleasantly surprised! The room was cozy and clean, and we loved having a microwave and fridge. The staff was super friendly, and the maid service was spot on every day. Only downside was some noise from other guests one night, but they handled it well!

Our family enjoyed a 5-night stay in a disability access room. Staff were incredibly accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with the accessible shower. The pool was smaller than we expected, but we made the most of it! Tips, arrive early for drinks at the on-site bar.

I appreciated the hotel's clean and pleasant atmosphere, with easy access to elevators and amenities that catered well to seniors, including a delightful breakfast area that was inviting and comfortable for relaxing.

More extensive breakfast options would be appreciated.
